new member

Hi everyone!

I'm new here, my name is Jaxann, and I'm from the UK.

I joined because of my love of sourdough but I also have problems sometimes, mainly because of the weather I think but I'm not sure.  Either way a community of people with all of their combined knowledge seemed too good to miss!

I would like to say a big Thank You for the add and I can't wait to see all the wonderful things that you do here.

P.S. I'm new to forums and the way they work so I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but please accept apologies if I've made a mistake.
